What is Ultrafiltration system?
Ultrafiltration (UF) is a type of membrane filtration in which hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semipermeable membrane. A semipermeable membrane is a thin layer of material capable of separating substances when a driving force is applied across the membrane. Once considered a viable technology only for desalination, membrane processes are increasingly employed for removal of bacteria and other microorganisms, particulate material, and natural organic material, which can impart color, tastes, and odors to the water and react with disinfectants to form disinfection byproducts (DBP). As advancements are made in membrane production and module design, capital and operating costs continue to decline.

Ultrafiltration (UF) systems have diverse membrane filtration where hydrostatic pressure pushes solvents against a very fine membrane. They block suspended particulates and solids that are large while water and solutes with a lower molecular weight are allowed to flow through the membrane.

Industry and research employ this separation process for purifying and concentrating macromolecular (103 - 106 Da) solutions, which are usually protein solutions. Ultrafiltration is similar to microfiltration, nanofiltration or gas separation, except it differs in the molecule sizes it blocks.

To meet critical discharge criteria, ultrafiltration systems remove the need for clarifiers and multi-media filters. Effective ultrafiltration systems use membranes that can be immersed, back-flushable, and air scoured. Spiral wound UF/MF membranes offer excellent performance for the clarification of process water and waste water.

1 Raw water tank Store water, buffering pressure, overcome instability of supplying water by pipe, ensure to supply water stably and continuously for whole system.
2 Pumps Using best brand pump for high pressure pumps and raw water pump. We are using SEKO pump for chemical dosing. As regards to customer budget, customer can choose one brand from them.
3 Multimedia Filter We are giving three option to you for sand filter tank; FRP, Stainless Steel S304 and Stainless Steel 316. For food and pharmaceutical industry we suggest SS316, of course the raw water source is also is important to choose tank material. To choose correct tank, we have to check every data of your application and then suggest to you most appropriate solution.
4 Security filter/PP filter Prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5μm
5 UF system The most important part of UF Water Treatment Machine is membrane, in market there are a lot of membrane available. Ultrafiltration membrane element UF200, membrane material: PVDF, single membrane water production: 2-5.0m3/h. As regards to customer application and budget, our team offer  from best brand. Our company do not use no name membranes or low quality membranes.
6 Chemical Cleaning system (Optional device) It refers to the use of acid, alkali, organic chelating agents, dispersants and other chemical agents, to dissolve and remove dirt and scale attached to the metal surface. There are pickling, alkali washing, ammonia washing, sludge stripping, solvent cleaning and so on.
7 Electrical Control Cabinet automatic control, and if you want PLC touch screen panel, the brand we used is Siemens. All electronic parts are france brand, including the contactors, thermal relays, knobs, switches, lights, pressure controller and time controller.
