Product Description
1. Pre-treatment system: Multi-media filter: removing suspended solids, sediment and other large particles of impurities. Activated carbon filter: adsorb organic matter, residual chlorine, odor and so on. Softener: removes calcium and magnesium ions from the water to prevent scaling.
2. Reverse osmosis membrane: the core component, usually made of polyamide or cellulose acetate, with extremely small pore size (about 0.0001 micron), which can effectively retain dissolved salts, bacteria, viruses and so on.
3. High-pressure pump: provides enough pressure (usually 100-1000 psi) to make water molecules pass through the reverse osmosis membrane.
4. Post-treatment system: UV sterilizer: to further kill bacteria and viruses. Ozone generator: for disinfection and odor removal.
5.Control System: PLC controller: Automatically control the operation of the equipment and monitor parameters such as pressure, flow rate and water quality. Instrumentation: such as pressure gauge, flow meter, conductivity meter, etc. for real-time monitoring.
